after waiting for almost a month, at last is the day of girls' gathering at KL.....i woke up around 6.45am because i am responsible to pick up the girls (wfun, sly, lchin) from the airport.....and so sorry that i am a bit late :P after pick up, we went ss2....while waiting for mee2 to reach, we walk around ss2 morning market, a quite long market sells various of stuff includes vege, meat, fruit, clothes, dry stuff and etc.....after that, we went breakfast at damansara uptown....restaurant famous with its lam mee....we ordered few variety of lam mee with hor fun, mee and meehoon together with yong tau foo....full breakfast :)
next, we check-in at cititel mid valley....put down our light lugagge and rest a while.....then we went down to mid valley and walk to the gardens for tea time.....mee2 suggested an open kitchen concept cafe, pastis cafe located in front of isetan....we ordered some side dishes and a tea time set for 2.....the set includes tomato bruschetta, salmon sandwich, mini quiche, scones served with cream & jam, cake sampler, chocolate mousse, tiramisu and coffee/tea served with biscuits.....hmmm....although the tea set is the specialty of the cafe but seems like nothing special to me :P main purpose of tea time~~~~~of course is chit-chatting....hahahhaha....the last time we met was our graduation day i guess.....we non-stop chatting.....as usual, topic will be current life and "once upon a time in uni".....can't believe that is already 2++ years after we graduated.....went back to hotel for a rest while waiting for s.kin to come.....went tasty pot steamboat for dinner.....because is buffet style, we are very very very full.....
since they haven't visit icity before, so i be the tour guide to bring them there.....it was foc the last time i went, now is charged rm10.................per car....hahahhaha....no worry....no matter how many people in the car, it still charged rm10.....the photo i like the best taken with the orange light tree.....credit to mee2 for the photo....we walk around and they feel it amazing because of the colourful lights around.....yeah, is really nice.....a tourist attraction of course.....back to hotel and continue chit-chatting before sleep :P
day 2we check-out from hotel and went brunch at tgif.....after brunch, we went bangsar for shopping.....walk for few hours....then continue tea at starbucks......it was raining heavily....cold day with cold coffee.....great!!!!! hahahhaa....when rain stops, we continue walking a while then went dinner at ss2 before sending off the girls.....nice meeting you girls this around......hope the next gathering won't be long after this =) take care girls........
