CNY Carnival @ Setia Alam Welcome Centre

yesterday me and my mum went to CNY carnival at setia alam welcome centre......this carnival is organized by setia alam and astrolife....what a hot weather....but still many people..... "people mountain people sea" :p many activities and games there....eating mandarin orange competition, guessing mixed drinks, quiz about astro channel, puzzle and the most attractive one is the lion dance....nice show.....saw many MyFM DJ around playing games too....i join the eating mandarin orange competition.....is the 1st mandarin orange i ate this CNY....hahahhaa....won many recycle bags, "astrolife" pen, small notepad and "AOD" organiser book....basically, as long as participate in the games, participants will get some small gifts....soooooooooooo.....i join quite many games, right??? :P

Birthday Celebration @ The Shepherdoo, Centro

24 Jan 2010, Sunday.... celebrating my advanced birthday with a belated birthday gal & 2 belated birthday guys at The Shepherdoo, Centro.....1st attempt to this restaurant.....the weather is too hot.....makes us a bit warm in the restaurant because is open-kitchen....then we ordered foods & beverages....1stly come the starter, sausages & curly fries.....yummy sausages.....then come our main course....mine is "song of the sea" (seafood pasta).....taste not bad....the others is "pasta
ala pollo" (spinach pesto pasta), burger, cajun chicken, salad with beef, etc.....overall the foods & beverages are ok =) we got 4 FOC drinks for birthday gals & guys.....can't remember the name of the drink.....taste a bit sour.....but is nice....hahaha.....next comes the birthday cake.....chocolate cake....nice outlook, not too sweet....nice to see, nice to eat :p

few days before my birthday =)

this envelope happened to be in my house's postbox today....when i saw it, i was wondering "ermmmm,who will send me a card?? might be a late coming christmas card because the envelope in white (usually christmas card envelope in white, right?? :p i assume)...when i open it, "waohhhh,is a birthday card wor"...continue wondering "who will send me a birthday card??"...has been long time since the last time i received posted birthday card...well,seriously can't remember when...guess is from a junior from primary school...when i open it....SUPRISE!!!! hahhahaha....from my insurance agent....wuahahahha....i guess is his daily routine to send birthday card to every of his client....after that,i laugh at myself,"silly me,i moved house not long ago,no one will have my address....except banks, government dept & insurance agent".... :p anyway,thank to him....hahahha...

suprise come 1 after another...hahaha...this time is really a suprise!!! when i wake up & walk downstairs (still in blur situation..hehe)...my mum told me "there is something for you,need signature when received it"...then i say "ohhh...must be letter from bank lar...leave it there 1st"...then she say "not letter lar, is a parcel"...i say "har?? (suprise + awake) parcel?? where??"...she pointed there...i go & take a look at the sender address...wahhhhhhhh...big suprise worr...birthday present flying from somewhere far to my house...hehehe....thanks my dear friend from far *hug hug*wink wink*...

such a suprised birthday this year...found another posted birthday card in my postbox after i came back from lunch today....thanks to peisun for the cute & edited birthday card....plus the "stack of RM100", "homemade soup" & "birthday cake" :D
